Repeat Prescriptions

The easiest and quickest way to request a repeat prescription is via on-line access or by emailing prescriptions.parkfield@nhs.net
You can register for on-line access at www.parkfieldmedicalcentre.co.uk
Would you like to collect your medication directly from the Chemist? Open the link and nominate your chosen Pharmacy today www.nhs.uk/eps or https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/nhs-services/the-nhs-app/help/pharmacy/
If you prefer you can request in writing, using the computer generated prescription list found on the right hand side of your green NHS prescription. If requesting your prescription by email, please ensure you provide your full details (name, date of birth and address) as well as the full name and dose of each medication required. Only repeat medications will be issued via email.
For prescription enquiries please email prescriptions.parkfield@nhs.net
We aim to issue all repeat prescription requests within 48 hours but during very busy periods, such as Easter and Christmas, please allow 72 hours. The surgery can issue up to three months worth of most types of medication at any one time.
