Repeat Prescriptions

You can request a repeat prescription by emailing or in writing, using the computer generated prescription list - found on the right hand side of your green NHS prescription. If requesting your prescription by email, please ensure you provide your full details (name, date of birth and address) as well as the full name and dose of each medication required. Only repeat medications will be issued via email.

For prescription enquiries please contact the surgery on 01707 291 041 (option 3) between the hours of 11am and 1pm Monday to Friday.

We aim to prescribe all repeat prescription requests within 48 hours but during very busy periods, such as Easter and Christmas, please allow 72 hours. The surgery can issue up to three months worth of most types of medication at any one time.

You can bring your computer generated medication list to the practice, enclosing a SAE.
