You can order your Repeat Prescription in the following ways:

• Online – By completing the Request a Repeat Prescription triage
• By post – Fill in the prescription form using the slip issued with your last prescription and post, or drop it to the surgery.

We aim to issue all repeat prescription requests within 2 working days but during very busy periods, such as Easter and Christmas, please allow 3 working days. The surgery can issue up to three months worth of most types of medication at any one time.

Hospital prescriptions should be taken to the hospital pharmacy for dispensing.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to have a review at least once a year, your nominated Pharmacy will advise you when due.

Medication reviews can be provided via online e-consultation or via telephone consultation with a clinical pharmacist.
