Once the practice has reached its capacity for both pre-booked and emergency appointments, patients will be advised of other NHS services available such as walk-in centres and urgent care centres, which are available to patients 7 days a week.

Home Visits

Home visits are available for housebound patients or for patients that are too sick to come to the surgery.

To request a home visit call 01707 291041 (option 2) before 10:00 if possible. Home visits are carried out on the day they are requested.

You may be visited at home by the most appropriate clinician, which may include a Community Nurse if the Duty Team feels that it’s appropriate.
