HEALTH TALK

Join us for a Health Talk on Supporting Your Child through Parental Separation, Change of School/Home, Bereavement and Loss with Laura who is a Child and Educational Psychologist. Laura completed her doctoral training at The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, where she developed an interest in applying attachment, systemic, and psychoanalytic perspectives to her casework.

Laura is particularly passionate about supporting the emotional well-being of young people, helping them understand their feelings, and empowering them to manage their emotions effectively. Laura has experience working with bereaved students and has delivered training to staff and parents on supporting children through loss and grief. Laura also has a keen interest in group processes and exploring the dynamics that influence group functioning, contributing to healthier and more supportive environments for children and young people. Laura works independently and has experience in the NHS and local authority.

The session will conclude with a Q&A, giving you the opportunity to have any questions answered. We hope you can join us for this informative talk.
